Shipping & Delivery

Shipping works like this: we dispatch within 2 business days. Australia Post or StarTrack carries the parcel with full tracking — you get the number by email when the label prints. Metropolitan addresses see delivery in 3–7 business days; regional in 5–10. If something goes wrong in transit (delayed, lost, damaged), reach out within 30 days of dispatch and we'll work it out with the carrier.
